REFLEX
Purpose:
Builds the perfect link between the ground, ball and your hand. Sets the putter to strike the ball at the correct vertical centre on the face, and develops a smooth, grooved swing tempo.
The Routine:
Place the ball in the aperture and set your eyes directly over the ball. Simply roll the ball back and forth between your feet along the putting line.
The Results:
Zen Reflex enables the putter to work correctly with your stroke and provides a key building block in your putting mindset and helps to eradicate "spikes" or jerkiness.
How Zen Reflex works:
This drill helps you to maintain a strong shoulder pivot action with your arms, hands and club working in "one piece". The weight of the ball adds a degree of resistance to the club head, while the action of keeping the ball in the aperture increases your intuitive awareness of the putter in relation to the green.
